Shipping

We do our best to process orders within 5 business days.

We charge a flat rate of $8 for orders up to $99 via USPS

During peak holiday times Oct1-Dec 31st please allow extra time for processing.

Soul Safari Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Soul Safari Naturals.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we will make it right. Contact us by email within 30 days of purchase @ nancyevans@soulsafari-naturals.com and we will issue a refund ( shipping is non refundable). Refunds will be credited to the original form of purchase.
